The construction of a fully automatic screw locking machine is primarily divided into three types: X-Y axis, multi axis, and online
1: The X-Y axis active screw machine is used for the production and assembly of products with frequent changes in product models and a large number of locking screws per product. It is suitable for the active assembly of screws for electronic products, such as mobile phones, mice, radios, etc. It usually has a high cost, good stability, strong flexibility, and high power;
2: The multi axis active screw machine is suitable for mass production of goods and can lock multiple screws together. It has high power and requires the supply of device orientation drawings or other items,
3: The online production line is primarily responsible for completing the locking screw process, actively feeding and locking, with module slider control. When the product reaches the set locking position, the electric screwdriver will actively move that position and lock it, without the need for manual labor, improving production power.
For the fully automatic screw locking machine of the standard series, due to the use of pipeline transportation, in order to prevent the flipping of screws during transportation, it is usually required that the aspect ratio of screws be ≥ 1.3. Screws that are not within this scale should contact skilled personnel to confirm the plan. At present, the company's standardized series of screws have a diameter scale of M1-M6, and screws exceeding this scale also need to contact the company's skilled personnel for plan recognition.
