Do not bend the screw transport tube, otherwise the screw will get stuck at the bend during the screw transport process.

3. It is necessary to wait for the torque of the electric screwdriver to reach the set torque, and then lift the electric screwdriver after it stops actively. Otherwise, the machine will not move. Transport a screw to the nose of the electric screwdriver to be locked.

If it is found that the machine has not sent a screw to the nose of the electric screwdriver for locking, you can repeat the screw that was previously locked, or manually send the screw button once to allow the machine to send a screw to the nose of the electric screwdriver for locking.

5. Do not adjust the air pressure too high, otherwise it will only accelerate the wear rate of the electric screwdriver nose.

The vibration force of the 6-track cannot be adjusted too much, otherwise the screw will easily squeeze out the track on the screw track, affecting the stability of the machine.

6 Cleaning, maintenance and modification

1. Regularly clean the screw silo to ensure cleanliness, and recommend using high-pressure air to blow out the slag inside the silo.

2. Regularly clean the screw trajectory to ensure smooth operation of the screw within the trajectory.

3. Regularly clean the nail feeding system to ensure smooth operation. It is recommended to add some lubricating grease to the moving parts at regular intervals.

4. Regularly clean the exterior of the chassis.

5. Please turn off the power when not in use.
