What motor is used for the fully automatic screw locking machine

Time:2025-06-18Number of times:954

The function and power of the fully automatic screw locking machine are fundamentally the same as those of the ordinary electric batch automatic screw locking machine in production, with the only difference being the selection of the locking system. The servo screw machine uses a servo motor, and the system consists of three parts: the loading unit, the feed unit, and the control unit.

The loading unit is powered by a servo motor through deceleration, locking the loading. The feed unit is operated by pneumatic and manual means, using horizontal movement and vertical lifting to drive the loading unit to move up, down, left, and right. The loading process is detected and fed back to the control unit through sensors, combined with pneumatic cylinders and other switch controls, to achieve real-time control during locking.

The servo motor can be controlled with very precise orientation, and the speed of the servo motor is controlled by the output signal. Servo motors are divided into two categories: DC and shunt.

The major feature is that there is no rotation phenomenon when the signal voltage is 0.

Servo motors have robust detection capabilities to meet customers' high-quality production needs. High locking standards, precise control, and long service life.
