Automatic screw machine is a typical type of automatic production equipment, but sometimes it encounters jamming during the production process, which can affect production efficiency. To avoid these jamming phenomena, we must understand how they are caused, and be able to determine whether it is a problem with human operation or a problem with the machine's equipment, in order to reduce costs.

Most of these card machine problems are caused by defective screws, but these screw problems are generally caused by flower heads and loose teeth, which have two reasons.

The quality problems of screws are mainly caused by poor screw quality and changes in machine design dimensions, as well as problems with the machine itself such as the materials, processes, and brands of electronic components used. Eliminate the three common faults of automatic screwing machines:

First move: If slipping is found during the operation of the automatic screwing machine, you need to check whether the torque of the electric screwdriver is suitable for the current range of locking screw torque. It is recommended to retest the torque with a torque meter. At the same time, check whether the size, specifications, and quality of the screws are normal.

The second trick: If the automatic screwing machine has a missing screw phenomenon, it may be a problem with the screw feeder or screw sensor. At this point, you need to check if the screw supplier has sent screws, take the screws by hand to see if they are working properly, and observe if the screw sensor light is on. If there are screws that are not on, it indicates abnormal sensing.

The third trick: When you find that the automatic screwing machine has floating lock phenomenon, you need to check whether the locking height set in the program steps has reached the actual locking position of the screw, and whether the locking speed parameter setting is correct. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the locked product has any defects.
